{"id":178,"date":"2016-11-02T13:00:30","date_gmt":"2016-11-02T21:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jinigo.com\/1\/?p=178"},"modified":"2019-02-11T14:02:26","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T22:02:26","slug":"apex-mobile-logo-and-brand-identity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jinigo.com\/1\/2016\/11\/apex-mobile-logo-and-brand-identity\/","title":{"rendered":"Apex Mobile | Logo and Brand Identity (2016)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In support of the launch of Canadian mobile marketing solution company,\u00a0<strong>Apex Mobile<\/strong>,\u00a0I oversaw creation of logo and brand identity.<\/p>\n<p>I worked remotely with the operations manager and head of sales to identify audience, landscape, competitors, and general tone of the brand.<\/p>\n<p>Collaborating with a team of designers in Mexico and Serbia, we honed in on a design variation that played off the idea of &#8220;apex&#8221; as a peak or a mountain. A diamond seemed like an upscale motif that could represent flexibile mobility in any direction. We also liked the idea of the diamond blinking like a notification indicator in a mobile device.<\/p>\n<p>Once a final direction was decided, a mini Brand Book was created to ensure correct and consistent usage of new logo.
