Going for a second shot at the gold after a successful event the year prior<\/strong><\/a>, CraveOnline<\/strong> returned once again to the USS Midway<\/strong> for 2015 San Diego Comic-Con<\/strong> with another party. This time, I oversaw more of the particular details under direction of my Creative Director Manuel Donayre.<\/p>\n

The event was largely coordinated with Mirrored Media and CraveOnline. I helped art direct the the look of the event and guided creation of signage and other promotional elements created to support the event.<\/p>\n

The invite-only event took place aboard the USS Midway<\/strong> and included a headlining musical performance by Cold War Kids<\/strong> and also featured Bad Suns <\/strong>and Cathedrals<\/strong>. The evening was emceed by Taryn Manning<\/strong> from “Orange is the New Black.” Activities included a celebrity-filled red carpet<\/strong>, Alienware Best of Gaming Cosplay Party,<\/strong> and a VIP Hangar Lounge<\/strong>.\u00a0The ship also provided prime viewing for the fireworks that evening held for the separate Star Wars Concert event.<\/p>\n
