Brand Books / Usage Guideline | Evolve Media

In an effort to help ensure consistent use of branding for our various properties, we created a templatized set of Brand Books to help easily unify the efforts of finding fonts, colors, and logos for the dozens of brands represented by the company.

The shareable PDFs featured a consistent layout making it easy to find the needed information for any particular brand. In addition to basic information the Brand Books also detailed some usage guidelines for the respective brand aesthetics.

Below is an example of the Brand Book for Mandatory. You can see the aesthetic of the document itself is that of it’s parent company, Evolve Media. This helped streamline the process so that we could create and update Brand Books for its dozens of other properties and sales verticals. So what you’ll see below is focused on Mandatory but we re-purposed this document dozens of times over for various brands.
