I helped devise a consistent creative solution to templatize One Sheets to promote various aspects of the business. To streamline the process and up the efficiency and speech at which we could generate one sheets, we created a standard layout around which the one sheets for various brands were built. This unification made it easy for brands, colors, and content to be swapped between verticals for easy repurpose-ability.

The overall design is decidedly minimalist and clean. The informational tone of these one sheets lent themselves to rely less on “design fluff” and instead get to the point as visually efficiently as possible. Design flair came in the form of color, iconography, and occasionally with photographs.

Version 1

Initially, the branding strategy was a uniform Evolve presence across all brands with just color and logo swaps.

Version 2

Eventually, the branding strategy across all sales divisions was redialed to be more unique (but still generally standardized) between brands. This gave us more flexibility for unique design appeal for each sales segment but also allowed us some efficiencies to streamline process.

These one sheets, originally created in Illustrator were so popular with our US and Canadian marketing teams that they requested PPT versions so that they could quickly and easily generate their own sheets on the fly. The design was straight forward enough that they felt comfortable enough to create their own.
